Who we are

Perfectly Preloved is a children's consignment shop based in Amherstburg, Ontario, Canada. We sell quality gently-used kids' clothing online at www.perfectlypreloved.ca.

Information we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we may collect:

Your name and email address
Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card details)
Fulfillment preferences (pickup or delivery address)

If you sign in with Google to the Consigner Portal, we receive your name and email address from Google.

How we use your information

To process and fulfill your order
To send order confirmations and e-transfer instructions
To manage your consigner account and earnings
To contact you about your order or account if needed

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Payments

Credit card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details. For Interac e-transfers, only your name and email are collected to confirm payment receipt.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in to the admin and consigner portals. We also use Google Analytics to understand site traffic. Google Analytics may set cookies — see Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Data retention

Order information is retained for accounting and tax purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us on Instagram at @perfectlyprelovedlasalle.

Your rights
